1. Client Picks and chooses unit thru verification of Coordinator.

2. Reservation fee will be deposited to our accredited bank to officialy hold the unit.

3. Photo of Deposit Slip should be emailed or sent thru other messaging apps to coordinator.

4. Photo of 2 valid Ids and 1 month Payslip should be attached alongside the Deposit Slip.

5. Reservation Agreement and other Initial Requirement will be will be filled out after quarantine period.
