- Proof of INCOME - 1 month PAYSLIP for Local Employee or Copy OF LATEST JOB CONTRACT for OFW with SPA
- Proof of PAGIBIG MEMBERSHIP - ESAV and MDF or MSVS
- Proof of BILLING - Certificate of Tenancy if Renting + MERALCO Billing
- PSA - Marriage Contract or Birth Certificate in 7 days
- BIR Verified 1904 in 7 days
- And Full Reservation Fee.
- Buyer Documents must gone thru Documents Evaluation for Listing Matching.
- 3 Projects per Buyer will be presented.
