1. If my marital status is complicated, can I still purchase a property?

- Yes. However, we can only offer our In-house Financing scheme. 

- If the buyer can provide legal documents (e.g. court order of nullity of marriage), we can endorse to a bank or the HDMF.


2. Other Options:

Name to Relatives and have an internal agreement , DEED OF SALE.
